Housebuilder’s Financial Obligations Reduced by 52%
Fife Council has agreed to greatly reduce David Wilson Homes planning (financial) obligations for its Admiralty Way development in Dunfermline. Pearson Planning, Chartered Surveyors has SAVED the client £137,700, following an application under Section 75A. In November 2008 the local planning authority asked the housebuilder for £265k towards education, affordable housing etc. This placed an added cost on future house purchasers of circa £1,500. Admiralty Way is one phase of the Masterton Park Expansion on the M90 corridor, north of the 2nd Forth Road Crossing currently under construction. Properties are available from £117,000 (Feb 2014). If you believe that you have signed up for planning obligations that are now unreasonable or unnecessary, then why not contact Pearson Planning, Chartered Surveyors?
