Pearson Planning, Chartered Surveyors represented the farmer who sought an on-farm dwelling for his labourer. the officer “Vivian” recommended refusal on the basis that he considered that there was no operational requirement, setting aside the Labour Requirement Report produced by Pearson Planning, Chartered Surveyors. Elected Members conducted questionning of the OFFIcer [who took part by video link!?!] and Euan FS Pearson during its Committee meeting. Pearson explained that Vivian had not had the Labour Requirement figures assessed by Economic Development Service, Business Gateway or anyone else, and that He just didn’t want it.
