Pebble Mill at One

Pearson Planning, Chartered Surveyors has obtained planning permission for two executive houses in the countryside, 20 miles from Edinburgh.

The redundant Birkenshaw Mill was acquired by a private client. The local planning authority welcomed the clearance of unsightly, dilapidated rendered buildings, and the opportunity to improve the landscape setting.

The rationalisation scheme saw the loss of one pebbled mill building, previously lived in, and the erection of two L-shaped family homes.
